CargoBeacon AB is committed to GDPR compliance. TagFinder is designed with privacy by design and privacy by default.

Data Processing

• All data is processed and stored in the EU (Google Cloud, europe-west1)
• IoT sensor data is pseudonymized — tags have IDs, not personal identifiers
• Organization-level data isolation prevents cross-tenant data access
• Data retention is configurable per organization

Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data
• Portability: Export your data in machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to data processing
