These Terms of Service govern your use of the TagFinder platform operated by CargoBeacon AB.

Service

TagFinder provides IoT asset tracking, environment monitoring, and cold chain data logging services via web dashboard and API.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each organization is isolated and users can only access data within their organization.

Subscriptions

SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly. Hardware purchases are one-time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

Data

You retain ownership of all IoT data collected through the platform. We process this data to provide the services you request, including monitoring, alerting, and compliance reporting.

Limitation of Liability

TagFinder is provided "as is". While we strive for high availability, we are not liable for data loss, missed alerts, or service interruptions beyond our SLA commitments.
